An informal session to discover ways in which you can maintain and enhance your physical and mental wellbeing and the wellbeing of your staff (if relevant). With many of us isolated in line with the official government guidance, our wellbeing will undoubtedly be challenged which is why we need to re-focus our attention on what we can do and what we can achieve. Within each focus area, we will provide four simple tips that can benefit your wellbeing. The four key areas to wellbeing covered in this session are sleep, hydration, nutrition and activity.
