Event Synopsis
A description of the event This workshop will be delivered over four days, an hour each day over Zoom video conferencing starting Tuesday 2nd June 9:30-10:30am.

Pinterest is one of the best performing platforms to drive traffic to your website – that’s why it’s one of my favourites!

This workshop is going to show you, step by step, how to optimise your Pinterest page to increase customers to your website or e-commerce store.

I’m going to teach you how to adapt your boards to rank higher in the searches and build a targeted following of consumers that are interested in buying your products.

I’m going to show you why it should be your favourite social media platform too……although strictly speaking it’s not a social media platform!

This workshop is aimed at businesses that have brands or products they want to showcase and sell directly to the consumer.

It is for people that have a Pinterest page but don't really know how to use it to generate sales. You may have dabbled and know the basics on how to pin, but need advice on how to rank higher in the searches, how to structure your boards and how to measure impact.

The session will transform your Pinterest page, as well as equip you with the skills and strategy to attract new customers.

Areas that will be covered throughout the workshop include:

Session 1. Tues 2 June 9:30-10:30am
- An overview of how Pinterest works
- Identifying your target market
- Reviewing your Pinterest profile to rank high and appeal to your
target market

Session 2. Wed 3 June 9:30-10:30am
- Review of previous session – results and challenges
- Navigating Pinterest, how the searches and tools work
- Reviewing and setting up your boards to rank high and appeal to your target market

Session 3. Thurs 4 June 9:30-10:30am
- Review of previous session – results and challenges
- The importance of hashtags and key words and how they work
- Identifying and implementing your key words and hashtags

Session 4. Fri 5 June 9:30-10:30am
- Review of previous session – results and challenges
- What makes good content (Pins)
- Developing a Pinning strategy
- Analysing the data, what it means and how to use it to improve

By the end of the week you will have an updated profile that will appeal to your ideal client, a clear understanding of how to find and grow your target audience and what type of pins will give you the highest visibility.

The cost is £99 per person and is limited to 10 people. All training is delivered live via Zoom video conferencing and is recorded so you can refer back to it.

“ I train companies how to attract new customers through Social Media by dropping the sales speak and getting personal! For many years now, I’ve been using Social Media with great results across the Public, Private and Voluntary sector. Just before I launched Social Media Executive, I worked for Nomad Games, increasing their Social Media community from 500 to over 20,000 in the space of three years. They were fans that bought from us time and time again, interacted with our content and were loyal supporters of the brand. I love showing businesses how to #GetSocial..”
