As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, I am offering a FREE webinar this Friday 22nd May at 2pm for managers facing this challenge and with the theme of #MHAW being kindness, it feels appropriate to focus on the business of kindness and compassion as a critical part of great leadership, enabling them to create the psychological safety that people need.
This is a session from our new online leadership programme and will introduce people to the four stages of psychological safety and the essential behaviours that we know are most likely to fully engage their team, encourage contribution, enable honest dialogue and maximise the potential for success.
Attendees will learn that psychological safety is not about being NICE - it's about creating an inclusive climate where Crucial Conversations take place, where candid feedback can be given, where people can talk openly about how they are feeling, any worries or concerns, share ideas for improvement and take comfort from feeling part of an engaged team.
If you you know of any managers/leaders who you think would like to be involved, please ask them to pre-register with the following link as numbers are limited?
