Doing disciplinaries and grievances can be pretty daunting if you're not sure of what you're doing. There's a lot to get 'right' and potentially severe (and expensive) consequences if you don't!

When I think back to my first role in HR, I was the only HR person in the business and had no one I could bounce things off. I spent far too much time researching things and winging it!

Thinking back to those uncertainties, frustrations and time consuming tasks has been a huge driver for much of the support I offer to clients today, be that in an HR capacity or coaching and training.
