Who are you? Central Self Drive is Warrington longest established independent vehicle rental Company .We believe our success to be down to treating our customers with the best level of customer service and support. We do this by reducing our customers time, workload and stress within their vehicle and fleet requirements. Central Self Drive have over 300 vehicles from small cars, 4x4s, buses, vans and 7.5t trucks with tail lifts. Our core operation is supplying van hire to local businesses. We also offer fleet management, vehicle repairs and sales.

What sets you apart from the competition? Fleet management support. Fair and transparent vehicle damage & return polices Internal workshop One stop shop – hire, lease, sales, repair, management.

How did the business come about? Central Self Drive is Warrington’s longest established independent vehicle rental company with a reputation for an unrivalled level of customer service and support. Our wealth of experience and industry expertise has steered us to becoming a market leader in B2B vehicle rental solutions.

What are your main target markets? SMEs arounds the north west, particularly transport, retail, construction

How long has your business been in existence? Celebrating 50 years this year!

• How many staff do you employ? 12

• What job or achievement makes you most proud? Team development and job ownership. 50 vehicle contract last year. New offices and workshop in 2013.

Where do you see the business being in five years? Double in size.

Why Warrington? Why anywhere else. I owe to much to this town now to continue to service. It's perfect for us. In the middle of the country, with great road networks.

Tell us one interesting thing about you that people might not know? (ie, hobbies, amusing fact, etc) I keep reptiles

Fantasy dinner party – which six people alive or dead would you invite? I can get on with most but they’d have to be alive. I don’t think I could eat my food in front of the dead.
