The Service Excellence Award, sponsored by Aldermore Bank, was a new category for 2023, established to recognise a firm that had provided exceptional levels of service to clients, setting a standard for the industry. Requirements for the category included being able to demonstrate a commitment to building strong and lasting relationships with clients and evidencing their ability to go above and beyond to meet the needs of SMEs.
The SME Champion Award, sponsored by Allica Bank, celebrated intermediaries who had partnered with lenders to support and champion British businesses, and demonstrate deals that had made a demonstrable and material impact to a small business.
The wins come two years after being recognised as ‘Highly Commended’ in the CBILS Broker of the Year category in 2021, for its work supporting businesses during the pandemic.
