The pandemic resulted in a permanent shift towards hybrid working for many of us. In seeking other ways to make themselves more attractive as employers, a few organisations have taken a bolder step (or some would say, leap) and introduced a 4-day working week, and many others are considering reducing their core working hours.
Let’s face it, everyone loves a long weekend and there certainly wouldn’t be many complaints from employees! But what would be involved for employers? We’ll be looking at the issues that need to be considered.
