The interactive programme is delivered through exercises, group coaching, and practical tools that can be taken back and used with your internal teams, so that you can take your team members on the journey with you.
They will work together with you on specific issues within your business, to help you overcome the real challenges you have now in growing your business.
Some of the areas that they’ve helped business owners with include:
- Identifying who the ideal customers are for your business and how to pivot your marketing to increase sales and grow revenue
- Improving processes that are in place in the business and evaluating how useful they are in the current economic climate
- Becoming the leader you want to be by becoming more visible as the owner and face of the business.
The programme is fully funded by the European Regional Development Fund, and so there's no charge for eligible companies that:
- are based in Cheshire and Warrington
- are SMEs trading for over 3 years
