Skills Bootcamps which are free for learners, are flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with a local employer.
Skills Bootcamps training programmes built around the needs of local employers and their supply chain and are partially funded by the Department for Education. There are opportunities for employers to get involved through recruiting new employees via skills bootcamps, accessing funding (70% or 90%) to train their existing staff or delivering skills bootcamp themselves.
There are currently places available on our Skills Bootcamps in software development, cyber security, computer science, data analytics, digital design, additive manufacturing & 3D CAD and air source heat pumps & low temperature design.
