Kirsty James Networking workshop Sept 2023

Do you have a plan for what events you attend, what you’ll say and what you want from your time and investment? Is the time and money you spend networking yielding benefits – personally or for your business? How is your networking identity? Have you ever profiled yourself and taken feedback on it? Do you consider networking to be about event attendance or have you considered that your networking identity blends in-person and online activity and resources?

Warrington Business Exchange member, Kirsty James, has been offering networking services for over 15 years. She has run hundreds of events under brand names that include Colony Networking, International Women’s Day, LinkedInLocal, Club90, KTS, Curry Clubs and TEDx. Alongside events, Kirsty also supports businesses with their networking strategy and skills development. And she works on projects related to networking and relationship-building such as engagement campaigns, stakeholder and relationship-management, and the creation of marketing resources, both written and verbal, that help to promote a strong networking identity.

This October, Kirsty is offering two dates for her half-day ‘Effective Networking’ workshop – 10 and 24 October.

This small-group workshop includes 3 hours of networking planning, resources and connections advice as well as refreshments.

Content includes: planning a networking strategy; identifying groups and formats; crafting and test-driving elevator and 1-to-1 pitches; creating networking resources such as link trees, QR codes and signatures; building your networking identity and reputation using social networking, systems for managing connections and follow ups; plus much more.
