· Who are you? An Estate Agent and Letting Agent based on Padgate Lane, having been working in the Warrington property market for the last 12 years. The company is owned by Simon Shipley and Emma Owen.

· How did the business come about? As a landlord himself Simon felt he wasn't getting the service he had hoped for through other agents and wanted to set a different standard for property management and sales

· Tell us one interesting thing about the business that might surprise us? We manage properties as far away as Hull, and central London!
· Tell us one interesting thing about you that people might not know? (ie, hobbies, amusing fact, etc) We have 2 office dogs, Duncan and Murphy, and a large part of our day in the office is spent explaining to them there are no treats left
