Momentus.

Who are you?

James Perryman, founder/co-director.

What sets you apart from the competition?

Our training, coaching/mentoring and consultancy is delivered to YOUR needs, and is tried and tested from over 50 years combined experience across many industries, businesses and director/leadership positions.

How did the business come about?

In 2015 I had the opportunity to take redundancy and scratch the entrepreneurial itch. I wanted to follow my passion for helping individuals and businesses connect better, lead better, serve better and be better. It’s about creating that special moment when a client understands their potential, sees the possibilities and believes in themselves, and us, working together make great things happen. That’s how Momentus came to be.

What are your main target markets?

Businesses with 20+ employees, any industry, needing to improve their employee engagement, leadership/management skills or customer experience.

Individuals looking to improve their career, change direction or start their own business, wanting to get away from their frustration, apprehension or lack of confidence.

How long has your business been in existence?

Momentus is now in its 6th year.

What job or achievement makes you most proud?

Providing engagement support throughout 2021 to a Warrington-based national managed services business, who have now agreed a rolling 12-month partnership with us to provide all their employee and manager training, leadership coaching facilitate their talent/succession planning and also re-vamp their employee induction programme. All of which came from seeing me present at a local networking event in 2019!

Where do you see the business being in five years?

We’ll have multiple partnerships like the one I’ve described above, delivered by myself, my co-director and a pool of talented and trusted associates. Will also continue to provide 1:1 coaching to individuals focusing on their own career/business development, and we’ll be providing consultancy services to small businesses who need our help to overcome immediate business challenges.

Why Warrington?

I’ve lived around here since 2011 and it’s honestly the first place that’s felt like home in a very long time. The people are genuine, welcoming and engaging. Businesses here care about their people, their customers and their success and we love being a local partner that can help them unleash their potential.

Tell us one interesting thing about you that people might not know? (i.e, hobbies, amusing fact, etc)
