Who are you?
I help leaders, executives and professionals to find a deeper sense of fulfilment and success. I focus on values, strengths and self awareness through courageous conversations.
What sets you apart from the competition?
I am an experienced and successful senior leader with 15 years experience leading and developing diverse teams across the UK & Ireland. I have worked with leaders in their first positions, Executives, & CEO's.
An expert in Retail Operations and Strategy including 7 years at Apple as a Senior Leader.
ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach & Mentor and a member of EMCC.
How did the business come about?
I have been coaching throughout my career and find it the most rewarding element of every role I have held. This lead me to make the decision to leave my corporate role as a Senior Leader in Apple and set up my own coaching business.
What brought me to this decision? I hit a cross road in my career where I felt I had reached the peak in my role and was lacking in development unable to see progression. I was still excelling in my role, exceeding in results and identified as top talent but I lacked personal fulfilment. I began looking outside of my senior leadership role for development (including becoming ILM qualified) and enlisting my own coach. I spent sometime re-examining who I was, what were my values and how this compared to my current life.
I'm at the second mountain stage of my career, after reaching the summit of my first mountain and finding the view and fulfilment I expected wasn't there. My second mountain is about wanting to combine my passion, experience and insight to lead a life of significance supporting transformation in others.
What are your main target markets?
I help professionals in 3 areas:
1. Navigating next steps - for someone who knows what they want and where they want to be but needs help navigating their way.
2. Beyond the horizon - coaching with individuals who are at the top of their mountain but have reached a crossroad in their life of what's next?
3. The inner circle - supporting senior leaders who need a safe space to share, plan, work through without judgement and have a space to be challenged.
4. Coaching within organisations - supporting talent, coaching for alignment, coaching for breakthrough. I help teams work through where they are getting stuck & how to move forward clearly & consistently.

What job or achievement makes you most proud?
My job as a parent makes me most proud - its the best job in the world but also the hardest. I want my girls to not be afraid to try their best and embrace failure as this is how you grow.
Where do you see the business being in five years?
Combination of 121 coaching and supporting organisations with coaching programmes to retain and grow talent within organisations. I would also like to continue to give back and support others through mentoring and charity organisations as making a difference is a key value of mine.
Tell us one interesting thing about the business that might surprise us?
The work doesn’t stop when you leave the session - it’s the in-between moments where the biggest transformation happens with clients.
