What sets you apart from the competition? I love to build a relationship with my clients, I’m available on the end of the phone if they need support or wordly (I know that’s not really a word!)advice.
How did the business come about? I had run out of steam as a teacher after 25 years, so I decided to exploit my transferable skills, and my passion for words, in a new career.
What are your main target markets? Anyone who produces written content intended to have any kind of influence or effect on other people.
How long has your business been in existence? 16 months

What job or achievement makes you most proud? Having the courage to walk away from a safe public sector job and set up on my own.
Where do you see the business being in five years? Providing me with greater opportunities to work with an interesting and varied mix of people and their words.
Tell us one interesting thing about the business that might surprise us? Sometimes I let my clients break grammar rules.
Tell us one interesting thing about you that people might not know? (ie, hobbies, amusing fact, etc) I live for the mountains – rock climbing, alpine mountaineering, skiing.
