· Who are you?
We are an enforcement company who recover unpaid County Court Judgments and Court Orders on behalf of Creditors via High Court Enforcement Officers. We are the largest company, by volume, within the industry.

· What sets you apart from the competition?
Our impressive collections rates; since 2014 we have recovered over £187m on behalf of our clients – a significant amount of money. We are also dedicated to providing unparalleled service levels with a focus on Client Care and Account Management.

· How did the business come about?
Our Directors had been in the industry for some time and decided to embark on a new challenge, thus Court Enforcement Services was born.

· What are your main target markets?
The beauty of High Court Enforcement is that we can work with anyone and everyone who has a County Court Judgment in their favour, providing it is over £600.00. We work with a lot of people within the legal and utility industry.

· How long has your business been in existence?
Since 2014, however our team have centuries worth of combined experience. Since 2014 we have grown to become the largest company within the enforcement industry.

· How many staff do you employ?
Across the entire company, including our Enforcement Agents who work out on the road, we have over 200 people.

· What job or achievement makes you most proud?
I’m probably most proud of my continued development. I have both Level 2 and Level 3 Awards in Taking Control of Goods and feel I am well versed to provide our clients with the best advice and opinion when it comes to recovering debts.  

· Where do you see the business being in five years?
I believe we will continue to be the forerunner in the industry and will lead the way with the results we achieve for our clients, and the manner in which we are able to achieve them.

· Tell us one interesting thing about the business that might surprise us?
Many of leadership roles are occupied by women, in what you might imagine as a male dominant industry. A number of our team were finalists at the Women in Credit Awards last year.

· Tell us one interesting thing about you that people might not know? (ie, hobbies, amusing fact, etc)
In a previous life I was a Freelance Entertainment Journalist and I have interviewed the likes of the late, great soul legend Ben E. King, comedians Jason Manford and John Bishop and former boxing World Champion Ricky Hatton.

· Fantasy dinner party – which six people alive or dead would you invite?
Oh, I like this question; Sir Alex Ferguson, George Best, Jonah Lomu, Nelson Mandela, Muhammed Ali and Owain Glyndwr.
