How did the business come about? It was my dream to be able to offer a one stop shop for Natural and Complementary Therapies, to give clients access to highly trained and experienced practitioners.
What are your main target markets? Our clients range from 2 week old babies to clients in their 90s who want to improve their quality of life.

How many staff do you employ? 2 receptionists and 25 self-employed therapists
What job or achievement makes you most proud? Having welcomed almost 20,000 clients over the past 18 years
Where do you see the business being in five years? I plan to offer a range of workshops and courses on a range of health matters and a VIP membership for our clients.
Tell us one interesting thing about the business that might surprise us? Many of our clients have been with us for 18 years and now children of original clients are using our services
Tell us one interesting thing about you that people might not know? (ie, hobbies, amusing fact, etc) I used to fly hang gliders and microlights and would love to do this again one day.
