We do set buffet options; catering for offices; business big and small; training courses etc as well a bespoke offers along with hog roasts and BBQs & Canapes. We also supply fresh fruit to the workplace. All our food is delivered in refrigerated vans and cooler bags by uniformed and trained staff

  • What job or achievement makes you most proud? We kept all our staff in work over Covid
  • Where do you see the business being in five years? A stand alone fruit business; a complete menu rewrite; new offers; doubled in size and financially secure. 
  • Tell us one interesting thing about the business that might surprise us? We deliver all the way over to the other side of Manchester, Liverpool, up as far as Preston and down to Knutsford.
  • Tell us one interesting thing about you that people might not know? (ie, hobbies, amusing fact, etc) I ran pubs and restaurants in London for 18 years
