Only available to KNEKT.me card holders at the moment but this will be rolled out to the public soon.

If you log in to your KNEKT.me Dashboard, in the menu, you should now see an item called “MyDelegates”

Click this and you will be able to create an event with a start date/time and an end date/time.

Click the “Create Event” button and you will then see the event name on your screen.

Click on the event name and it will reveal a QR Code where people can scan it to check in to the event.

Display the QR Code on a screen or print it out and put it on tables at the event, tell people to check in and you can collect and distribute a list of delegates electronically (saving paper)

If you have a display screen which is connected to the Internet, you can view all the delegates LIVE as they check in by clicking “View Wallboard” This bit is really impressive to watch.

We do plan to have a “Registration” version of this to replace Eventbrite and it will remain free with simple features.

A premium version will probably emerge during 2024.
