
If we continue to not put ourselves first we will ALWAYS feel that overwhelm and you know that usually leads to procrastination. It’s because we’re not being true to ourselves in the first place, we feel deprived, overwhelmed and unable to cope.
- Superwoman could kill us! Acting like her, being her, and thinking that we should ONLY be her will impact our day-to-day lives, leading to overwhelm, exhaustion, burnout. I don’t want any of those options for you!
But, I know it’s easier said than done. Where do we start? How do we even know what basic needs to address? How do you say no to that thing you hate and saps all your energy? How do you even find more energy? And if you do find time to work on yourself…what do you even want to do???
All these questions and concerns are what make this work on yourself feel really difficult and can put you off and then a year down the line nothing has changed apart from you may feel a lot worse and even more exhausted/lost.
That’s why I created the More Like Myself group coaching programme. It’s a great way to introduce yourself to the world of self-care, inner work and coaching
We start with your PowerTypes™ so you start to get a sense of what natural skills you can call on to help you feel like your true self. Then when we move into the group coaching there is a sense of relief that, actually, these techniques are super easy and ‘doable’ but also, there are other women feeling just like you do.
