Momentus have been selected as Warrington based Indepth’s external partner to work with them over a 12-month period, bringing the capabilities and credentials to design and deliver a future focused programme, underpinning the personal, management and leadership development needs of the Indepth business.

In March this year, as part of their virtual team day that Momentus supported, Indepth delivered the outline of their roadmap for the year, demonstrating their aims and objectives along with an ambitious, aspirational sales target for the financial year ahead. This is something that, in most businesses, requires a huge amount of team work and relies upon every department to bring their strengths and commitment together.

With a firm focus on continual growth, Indepth also wants to improve and maintain high levels of support and service to their clients and employees. They identified that in order to meet these key objectives, they would require the development and creation of a new training ethos to provide first class training and development to all staff, across the whole of the business.

Momentus will be taking Indepth employees on a training and development journey, focussing on improving the induction process, team and individual development, building courses and certification around role specific requirements and supporting their personal development and career aspirations.

James Perryman, Founder and Co-Director of Momentus, adds, “We are delighted to further strengthen our relationship with Indepth through this partnership as they continue to invest in the training and development of their people. This positive commitment demonstrates the success that comes from our partnership approach and working together.

This is another step in our own growth strategy to develop strong partnerships with businesses that share our values and recognise the importance in investing in their people.”

Since 1978, Indepth have been providing national cleaning and associated soft services to a wide range of sectors. They employ over 1500 people throughout the UK and have a unique cloud-based UK Hub that manages and controls the whole of their operation.

Indepth’s Managing Director, Suzanne Richardson comments, “People are crucial to the successful running of this business and we want to invest in and develop everyone. We want to give our employees the skills and support that they need so that they can achieve incredible things at Indepth and we can comfortably reach our key sales targets.

Having already had the experience of working with Momentus, I know that they are the right primary training partner for us as we have shared values and a passion to see people grow.”
