Not only did she take part as a speaker in Warrington’s inaugural TEDx event this summer, but she’s just been awarded Clarity4D’s International Business Partner of the Year 2022 award, alongside two fellow Clarity4D Business Partners Sarah Brickwood and Vanessa Crispin.
Kerry, Sarah and Vanessa came together last year to work on a very exciting project for Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service. It involved bringing every one of the 1000 colleagues who work across the Fire Service (in both operational and support roles) together, to understand more about themselves and each other using the language of colour.
It was an opportunity to recognise, celebrate and value the different perspectives that every individual brings to the organisation, as well as appreciate what this means for their new Leadership Message, bringing their vision, purpose and values to life.
