With his keynote talk titled “Blood, sweat and wheelchairs”, the main speaker Aaron Phipps MBE PLY will be taking you through his journey to that all elusive Gold medal at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics, his epic adventure up Mount Kilimanjaro in a wheelchair, and as a result, showing how to make yourself more exceptional as a speaker - expect some emotion and a few curve balls along the way!
Also speaking on the night is executive coach, performance psychologist and psychotherapist, Sam Bishop, who will be sharing his showcase talk “Putting PER into Performance”.
