The HR Dept is a national franchise of over 60 offices across the UK, providing local and personal HR support to small and medium businesses, developing contracts of employment, employee handbooks, supporting on disciplinary, grievance, absence and all HR matters, through to strategic HR support. In leading a team of HR professionals, they achieved 100% customer satisfaction feedback in all categories in external customer surveys in the last two years.
During the pandemic Jill was recognised for influencing Government policy on the need for ‘flexible furlough’ and has also been invited to represent the ‘HR Voice of SMEs’ on national CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) policy roundtables and has written management guidance on behalf of the CIPD.
