Warrington Youth Zone are going to be running their annual Christmas Appeal for vulnerable children and families in need, and promise that it will be bigger and better than before as many families are going to struggle even more this Winter at what can already be a difficult and challenging time.
This year, the team will be offering two Christmas Meals at the Youth Zone for the very first time; one on Friday 23rd December and another on Christmas Day, and are appealing for help from the local community to give their members and families a memorable Christmas and support throughout the festive season.
They are looking for donations of toys and gifts, and non-perishable food items for hampers which will be given to 250 families across the borough, and are also offering a variety of volunteering opportunities throughout December including walking with Santa on his Sleigh ride around the streets of Warrington, wrapping presents and making hampers, or helping out at the Christmas Meals.
